Chilly Chicken Recipe (How to make Kerala chilly chicken?)
1. Boneless chicken (1 Kg.)
2. Tomato sauce- 1tsp.
3. Chili sauce 1tsp.
4. Soya sauce 2 tsp.
5. Venegar - 1/2 tsp.
6. Salt to taste
7. Green Chilies
8. Onions 4 (chopped),
9. Corn flour 2tsp.
10. Eggs 2
11. sunflower oil


1. Cut the chicken into small cubes,wash and dry them. Marinate the chicken pieces with 1 tsp. soya sauce, 1/2 tsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp. tomato sauce, 1/2 table spoon chilli sauce and enough salt.

2. Beat the eggs and pour them on the chicken pieces. Add half a tablespoon corn flour and mix well the whole mixture. Allow it to stand for 2 hours in the fridge.

3. Drain and collect the excess liquid and keep it aside in a separate container .

4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces and keep it aside.

5. Fry the green chilies and chopped onion slightly in oil. Pour the excess liquid collected earlier. Stir continuously. Add the chicken pieces. Pour the rest of the sauces and a pinch of salt. Mix the 1/2 tablespoon corn flour with a little of water and pour in the pan. Stir well.

6. Garnish with corriander leaves. Chilly chicken can be served hot.
